The blue bricks would go on to be used for the store's Eastland and Northland locations. They were made by Gahanna-based Claycraft Mining and Brick Company as part of their "Colorifics" line. Those interested can also preorder bricks on the foundation's website, According to the foundation, the blue bricks were chosen with the help of industrial designer Raymond Loewy. All proceeds benefit the Upper Arlington Community Center Capital Campaign, in partnership with the Upper Arlington Community Foundation. To purchase one brick, a minimum donation of $50 is suggested, while $100 is suggested for three bricks.
